The following are the locations that I will be using in the Fall of 2009 in Northern Virginia
Three locations: Green Hedges School, Vienna, Virginia; Church of The Good Shepherd, Oakton, Virginia; and the Northern Virginia Hebrew Congregation, Reston, Virginia.
Vienna - Green Hedges School (GHS)
GHS- Classes will be held at the Green Hedges School, 415 Windover Ave, Vienna 22180. School is located one block North of Maple Avenue. This facility is centralized and to serve primarily all 6/7th Graders for Level I in the Fall of 2009. School is near intersection of Nutley Street and Maple Avenue (Rte 123) in Vienna. From Fairfax County Parkway and/or I-66, get off I-66 at Nutley Street Exit. Proceed toward Vienna and crossover Rte 123/Maple in Vienna (4th Traffic Light). Continue North on Nutley through next stop sign which is Windover Avenue, and look for one house on the right. Immediately past house there will be a SMALL sign indicating right turn into Green Hedges School driveway and parking lot.
At GHS One 6/7 th Grade Level I will be offered for Fall 2009 starting 17 October and ending with a dinner-dance on Sunday November 22nd. The Fall 2009 8 lesson schedule is 17, 20, 24 and 27 October and 7, 10, 14, 17 November. The LATER class meets from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Currently, being used Saturday afternoons and Tuesday evenings for Level I classes.
REGISTRATION STATUS: Class is closed out. parents meeting Tuesday, 13 October. First Lesson Saturday, 17 October. Update 10/8/09
Oakton - Church of The Good Shepherd (CGS)
CGS - Classes will be held at the Church of The Good Shepherd, 2351 Hunter Mill Road again in 2008. Church is located about 1/8th mile North of the two Vale Road intersections (one goes West, one goes East - both have traffic lights) on Hunter Mill Road. From the North, use Dulles Access Road to Hunter Mill Road exit South follow along (through Lawyers Road) to church on left about a half mile. Or, from Herndon use Centreville Rd, Monroe St to get to Fox Mill Road heading East. Make a Right on Reston Parkway then a quick Left onto Lawyers Road, (keep in the Left lane or you'll be going onto Fox Mill Rd). Then travel East on Lawyers Road to Hunter Mill Rd. From Vienna, use either Lawyers Road, Vale Road or Maple Ave (Rte 123) to get to Hunter Mill Road, then turn apropriate right or left (Lawyers) to the church. All others using Fairfax County Parkway and/or I-66, get off I-66 at Exit 60 to "Oakton" (Rte 123 North). At fourth traffic light (Very short distance from third to fourth) turn Left on to Hunter Mill Road going North. Church is on right as indicated above. Classes are held in the Fellowship Hall (Large open room to your left as you come into the Main entrance) Currently, being used Monday and Friday evenings for Level I classes.
CGS 6/7 th Grade Level I Fall 2009 classes (Two, an Early and a Later) start 16 October and ending with a dinner-dance on Friday, November 20th. The Fall 2009 Monday - Friday 8 lesson schedule is 16, 19, 23 and 26 October and 6, 9, 13, 16 November. The Level I EARLY class times are: 5:30 to 7:00 p.m and the LATER class meets from 7:15 to 8:45 p.m. Currently, being used Monday and Friday evenings for Level I classes.

Reston - Northern Virginia Hebrew Congregation (NVHC)
RESTON - Serves primarily: Reston, Herndon, Great Falls, and Sterling. Closest location for Leesburg, Ashburn and other Loudin County students. Have had students come from from McLean, Falls Church, Alexandria, Arlington and as far as Olney, MD using the Dulles Access Road. Can be reasonable also for Clifton, Centreville, Fairfax, Fairfax Station and Chantilly families using the Fairfax County Parkway.
Classes will be held at the Northern Virginia Hebrew Congregation (NVHC), 1441 Wiehle Avenue, Reston, VA, 20190. That synagogue is located just South of the major intersection of Baron Cameron Avenue and Wiehle Avenue in Reston and is next to St Thomas a Becket Catholic Church. Entrance into the synagogue main driveway from Wiehle Avenue going North is first right turn after the second North Shore Drive. Parking lot and main entrance are behind facility. If you are heading South on Wiehle Avenue from Baron Cameron Avenue, stay in the left lane and it is preferred that you go all the way to North Shore Drive. At that traffic light, make a U-turn and then make the first right into NVHC. If you are coming from Tysons/McLean via Route 7 West, turn left on Baron Cameron and proceed to the second traffic light. Turn left, then as above. Currently, being used Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings for Level I classes.
RESTON One 6/7th Grade Level I class Fall 2009 starts 18 October and ends with dinner-dance on Sunday 22 November 2009. The Fall 2009 Level I class schedule on Sundays and Thursdays is 18, 22, 25 and 29 October and 5, 8, 12 and 15 November. The class times are flexible, current thinking is 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Sundays and 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays (Can be as late as 7:00 to 8:30).
REGISTRATION STATUS: This class is a DEFINITE GO!! Yeah, we now have only 2 slots for girls open. Update 10/8/09
