We are in the Process of becoming a Garrett County licensed rental unit.

Deep Creek--Lake Access With Dock Slip--House Sleeps 10-11
Rental Period is Saturday to Saturday.
Note: Three Day weekends (Monday holidays & Thanksgiving ) are usually rented for 3 days only-Ask !
NOTE-New Air Conditioner/Heat Pump Was Installed at house in Spring 06!

We have created a matrix to separate the taxable items from the non taxable items to reduce your rental tax burden. You will likely not see this done by other rental units! Comfortable three-story Chalet on a (1) Acre lot, three bedroom, 2 & 1/2 Bath home can accommodate 10-11 people with 2 sofabeds in basement. The house has 2524 Sq Feet of finished space !
No Smoking In House & No Pets !!!

There are NO "Cabins"!
We Do NOT Rent for only one day!
We do not rent to : Teenagers, High School groups (even with an adult) , Foreign government agencies, groups of young singles 
We welcome families with children ! 
We normally rent for minimum of 7 days in Xmas to New Years period every year!
