The Human Element Seminar®

The Human Element is an intensive five-day seminar widely acknowledged as one of the most effective management training and team building programs ever created. The seminar includes brief lectures, experiential training, scientifically valid self-assessment questionnaires, group feedback, skills practice, large team activities - all with professional facilitation.

By providing an integrated approach to all human issues in an organization, The Human Element allows individuals and teams to focus on the underlying causes of behavior such as incompatibilities and rigidities that block successful performance. Based on the FIRO theory, the seminar offers a unique learning environment for exploring ways to improve team relations, productivity, profitability and leadership.

Who Should Attend

Executives, managers, team leaders, change agents, trainers, HR and OD professionals and people who want to improve their performance and relationships with others.

The seminar provides most value when attended by individuals who work together: management teams, intact work groups, project teams, and any two or more individuals across organizational units who need to relate well together for the work to be successful.

Public seminars are held for anyone wishing to experience the seminar before full team participation.
