QUALIFICATIONS

Over 25 years experience conducting executive and management development programs in organizations. Emphasis is on encouraging individuals and teams to increase self-awareness, then take personal responsibility for identifying and following through on actions to improve performance. Tools are primarily self-assessment and survey feedback instruments, combined with lectures, experiential learning and discussion.


Degrees include an M.A. in Human Resources Development; a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Group Work (two year program); and numerous certifications to conduct workshops using individual and team assessment instruments.
