Collaborated with Susan Blow of St. Louis in her book, Mottoes and Commentaries of Froebel's 'Mother Play', by translating the Mottoes into English verse; author of Laura's Holidays, Laura in the Mountains, The Unwelcome Guest and Other Verses (1937); occasional contributor of poems, short fiction and children's stories to literary magazines.
Member of Colonial Dames of America. Very active in church work all her life.
