Exhibitor Information2008 INTERNATIONAL INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE The eleventh annual IITC is sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society as a premier conference for interconnect technology. The IITC provides a forum for professionals in semiconductor processing, academia and equipment development to present and discuss exciting new science and technology. The 2008 International Interconnect Technology Conference is now accepting applications for exhibits and supplier seminars. The conference invites companies to exhibit products, materials and analytical tools related to interconnect technology. Exhibitors are also invited to participate in Supplier Seminars which will be offered in the evenings on June 2 and 3. The Exhibit Hall will be open on the first and second days (June 2 and 3) of the conference at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel, Burlingame, California. A number of events are scheduled in the Exhibit Hall to bring attendees to your display. Currently the Poster Sessions, coffee breaks and Monday and Tuesday desserts (following the luncheons) are scheduled for the hall. EXHIBITS Each exhibitor will be assigned an 8' x 10' space. Exhibitors are asked to select their 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices from the exhibit hall floor plan. Each booth will be provided with an 8' backwall, 3' sidewalls, and an identification sign. One complimentary registration and 5 staff badges will be given to each booth. Fees The booth fee is $2,20 and includes admission to the conference sessions for one representative. Multiple spaces may be purchased. Hours Exhibit set-up begins at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 1. The tentative exhibit hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, June 2 and from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3. Exhibit tear-down will be from 5:00 p.m. - midnight on June 3. Prospective exhibitors should complete the Exhibitor Application and mail it with a check payable to IITC to the conference headquarters or fax it with credit card information to 301-527-0994. An Exhibitor's Kit will be mailed to you 4 - 6 weeks prior to the conference. SUPPLIER SEMINARS A limited number of Supplier Seminars will be offered during the evenings of Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3. A fee ($3,000 - $6,000) based on the size of the meeting space will be charged for the use of the meeting room. The seminar sponsor should be prepared to offer a hospitality hour before and/or during the seminar. Meeting rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate your company's interest in running a seminar on the Exhibitor Application form and you will be contacted. HOTEL INFORMATION Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel The Hyatt Regency is offering a reduced rate of $189/single or double to conference participants - tell the reservations operator that you will be attending the 2008 IITC Conference. Requests for hospitality/meeting rooms must be made through Wendy Walker at Conference Headquarters, 301-527-0900 x104. The hotel is unable to accept requests directly from exhibiting companies. OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR: A complete Exhibitor's Service Kit containing general and technical information for shipping and ordering equipment will be mailed approximately 4 6 weeks prior to the conference.
