The LOCE District of Columbia Pro Bono Library was
developed by Law Offices of
Carolyn Elefant (LOCE) in August 1999, redesigned in January 2001 and continues to be maintained by LOCE.
Correction and updates to existing site links as well as identification and evaluation of content of additional links of relevance for the 1/01 update was performed by KPC Writing and Editorial Services The LOCE D.C. Pro Bono Library was recognized in the Washington Legal Times' Pro Bono Bulletin Board in November 1999. |
