VERIFIED ACTUAL AND CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE

Affiant, the living, breathing, sentient man known by the appellation “Jon Carl; Munson II”, the Undersigned Affiant, hereinafter "Affiant,” does hereby solemnly certify and swear on the Undersigned’s unlimited commercial liability that:

1. The Undersigned is competent to state the matters set forth herewith.

2. The Undersigned has personal knowledge of the facts stated herein.

3. All the facts stated herein are true, correct, complete, and certain, admissible as evidence, and if testifying the Undersigned shall so state.

Plain Statement of Facts

4. This constitutes actual and constructive notice that Respondent is served with a certified copy of SUPPLEMENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE AND AFFIDAVIT FOR POST JUDGMENT RELIEF, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A, re Case No. 0602-0023889-2001, and filed in the court May 2, 2002;

5. In accordance with Respondent’s oath of office, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit B, Respondent is obligated to uphold the laws of the land, and must, by law:

A. Sign enclosed ORDER FOR POST JUDGMENT RELIEF, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit C; or

B. Sign enclosed ALTERNATE ORDER FOR POST JUDGMENT RELIEF (in which case Respondent commits a criminal act and constructive treason by compelling Affiant to become a tort feasor to both the Constitution of Maryland and the Constitution of the united States of America, and in which case Affiant is obligated to file criminal charges against Respondent).

Caveat

6. Retaliatory measures taken by Respondent, or by any other officer or agency so instructed/induced by Respondent, shall be dealt with as described in SUPPLEMENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE NOTICE AND AFFIDAVIT FOR POST JUDGMENT RELIEF, paragraph 20, page 5.

7. The Undersigned Affiant, the living, breathing, sentient man known by the appellation “Jon Carl; Munson II”, does herewith swear, declare, and affirm that Affiant issues this VERIFIED ACTUAL AND CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE with sincere intent, that Affiant is competent to state the matters set forth herein, that the contents are true, correct, complete, and certain, admissible as evidence, and reasonable and just to the best of Affiant’s knowledge.

8. This VERIFIED ACTUAL AND CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE will be incorporated into and made a part of any legal proceeding arising from any controversy concerning the subject matter set forth herein.
