Since retiring from the U.S. Geological Survey in March, 2006, I have been spending more and more of my time on photography. While I love walking in mountains and other scenic places, I also try to notice the beauty in my everyday surroundings. I am a member of the Northern Virginia Photographic Society, and exhibit in the Northern Virginia area. Here is a collection of some of my photographs.
