These villages are fortunate to already have already benefited from rural electrification. The NGOs and the electricity authority have conducted, with the help of local communities, a needs assessment for further expansion of infrastructure, including electrification, and for income generation potentialities. This area has already begun growing coffee as a cash crop, a new innovation.
