MAURITIUS, 3B8. Jose, ON4LAC is QRV as 3B8/ON4LAC until November 23 and is active mainly on 20 and 15 meters using SSB and PSK31 with some RTTY. QSL to home call.

TUNISIA, 3V. Twenty amateurs from a number of countries will be QRV as TS7N from Kerkennah Island, IOTA AF-073, from November 19 to December 2. Activity will be on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK31, JT6M and JT44. They also plan to be active in the upcoming CQ WW CW contest. QSL via DL9USA.

UGANDA, 5X. Terry, K3JT is QRV as 5X1X. He is here performing statistical work for the CDC and will be here for about six weeks. Activity is mainly on the low bands using CW. QSL via K3JT.

NEPAL, 9N. Look for Noboru, JA2AAU, Takaski, JA2ALN and Yasu, JA9LSZ to be QRV as 9N7AU, 9N7LN and 9N7SZ, respectively, from November 16 to 22. Activity will be on 40 to 6 meters. QSL to home calls.

FRANCE, F. Francois, F5JNE will be QRV from Belle Ile en Mer Island, IOTA EU-048, from November 17 to 24. Activity will be from two Forts located here. QSL via bureau.

ST. PIERRE AND MIQUELON, FP. Jean-Marc, FP5BZ has been QRV on 10 meters around 1800z. QSL via operator's instructions.

VATICAN, HV. HV5PUL is QRV from the Pontificia Universita' Lateranense until November 14, and then on November 22, to celebrate the opening of the new academic year. QSL via operator's instructions.

MINAMI TORISHIMA, JD1. JD1YBJ has been QRV on 40 meters around 1200z and 15 meters around 0500z. QSL via operator's instructions.

POLAND, SP. Special event station HF8KAF is QRV to celebrate the 50th anniversary of club station SP8KAF and is active until December 31. QSL via SP8KAF.

REPUBLIC OF CONGO, TN. Sal, TN3S is QRV until October 2005. He is generally active on 80 to 6 meters. QSL via CT3HK,

BENIN, TY. Jean, ON4JM is QRV as TY4JM until December 23. He is active during his evening hours and Sundays. QSL to home call. Meanwhile, Vladi, LZ3XV is QRV as TY/LZ3XV from Cotonou. His activity will be mainly on satellite AO-40 and possibly some HF. QSL to home call.

CHAGOS ISLAND, VQ9. Larry, VQ9LA has been QRV using RTTY on 20 meters starting around 0200z. He has also been active on 160 meters around 2200z and 80 meters around 0000z. QSL via WD0HSP.

IRAQ, YI. Darran, M1DAZ is QRV as YI9DAZ and will be here for a few weeks. Most of his activity is with PSK31 on most bands. QSL to home call. Meanwhile, Mike, OM2DX is QRV as YI9X and has been active on 30 meters beginning around 1600z. QSL via OM3JW.

SYRIA, YK. Omar, YK1AO is generally QRV using PSK31 and MT63 around 0300z. QSL direct.
