I am a licensed Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working with seniors and their families in medical settings (hospitals & nursing homes). I know how difficult it is to navigate the complexities of the health care system, and understand how the medical, cognitive, social and psychological issues associated with aging further complicate the process. My daily work includes liaison with families, care providers, insurers, and other health care professionals; helping seniors & their families with care & end-of-life issues; grief counseling and crisis intervention; and supervision of other licensed and non-licensed social work professionals & students.

My job is to help you find the best path to achieve your geriatric care goals to ensure your loved ones (or you) can age as gracefully & safely as possible.
