About Me

I live in the Seattle area with my husband and two young children.

My emergency preparedness training and activities include:

• First Aid & CPR certified
• Amateur Radio Operator (General Class)
• ARES - Amateur Radio Emergency Services team member
• Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
• LWSD PTSA Emergency Preparedness Co-chair at our elementary school

I give presentations to interested groups on both emergency preparedness and food allergies.
