We accepted. Our host, Harrah's, put on a nice New Years' Eve party. Big band. Singers: arias from "Phantom of the Opera." Even an indoor Mummer's Parade. "Phantom of the Opera" performance at the Sanger Theater, the next day. On the way there, we saw Susan's Dad and Step-mom in Green Forest, AR, and went to New Orleans via Destin, Florida, where Nik, Lara and her kids were visiting their Mom. And after New Orleans, we went to St. Petersburg Beach, FL. Hung out for a few days in a condo. Went fishing. Saw unusual weather. |
