Participants will receive the Certificate from Telecom/Telematique International. Arrangements can be made for graduate academic credit in the Master's Programs in Telecommunications at the University of Colorado. Local universities may be interested in offering academic credit to local participants. These courses can be taught in universities or other government agencies, tailored to the other sectors.
