T/TI is expanding its program to offer courses to other sectors in addition to its own telecom sector, and using the telecom infrastructure to deliver courses to other Ministries, enterprises, universities, institutes and organizations. The focus is on banking and finance and assisting enterprises in transition to market economies.
Management and business courses are conducted for other sectors, such as banking and finance, energy, environment, construction, and other infrastructure projects. Project Management is adapted to such sectors, as are courses on sector reform, privatization, marketing, and managing enterprises in transition. Courses in accounting, finance, marketing, and business strategies using the Harvard Case Studies can be offered.
