They are a verbatim transcript of the narrative of the World Bank
EDI slide/tape presentation on the video tape. It can be used to
review the information in the presentation so it will not be
necessary to take detailed notes during the lecture.

concepts of development planning; this is background information
only as no specific activity will be based on it. If desired,
