The "Best Of" photos from Salty Lady's 2001 Cruises - Part 2

Here are some MORE of our favorite photos from Salty Lady's 2001 summer cruises.

Somehow we keep being drawn back to Rock Hall -- maybe its the quiet anchorage in Swan Creek, maybe it's the great places to ride our bikes - the whole Eastern shore is SO flat and there are WIDE bike lanes on BOTH sides of the highways, maybe it's the neat shops, or maybe the banana splits at Durdings, maybe it's the new trolley ride around town, narrated by a true native. Dunno, but we sure like it there.

Maybe it's just THE Place!

This is the Place

This mural was painted about 10 years ago by the Rock Hall Elementary School.

Here're a couple of photos of the Old Oars Inn in Rock Hall -- with the transom of "Easy Does It" poking out the east side and the bow of "Reuben James" poking out the west side! A BIG oooops!

Whoa, here's the Admiral, Rio (HEY, look at the CAMERA, Rio!), and his Captain hoisting a brew at the Bay Wolf in Rock Hall after a nice bike tour of the town.

Here's a shot of Little Rio on a Little Choptank River beach.
