MOTHER MARY'S MOUNTAIN

Every human being deserves a place to feel embraced by the magnificence of the Creator's creation in nature. Mother Mary's Mountain offers balance, majesty, solace, and healing of nature in its retreat log center and surrounding landscape. All rooms are opened to the Shenandoah mountains. A hiking trail overlooks the valley. There is a pond and a Cherokee healing lodge. The main building provides space for housing and educational activities with all the comforts of today's living.

Participants experience the intrinsic beauty of nature being sheltered by pine, oak, dogwood, and cedar trees surrounding the mountain valley. An early riser can see deer, fox, rabbits, squirrels, and daily circling of eagles and hawks. Sorry no snakes or bears on site.
Traveling time from the Washington DC area is about 2 hours and 15 minutes. The local airport in Harrisonburg is 30 minutes away.
Detailed directions are provided with a confirmed reservation.

Positive Education, Inc. hosts educational retreats, healing lodges, and personal retreats at Mother Mary's Mountain. The mountain, literally behind the Center, is dedicated to the Mother of Jesus. Walking up this mountain to the top and viewing the Shenandoah Valley can bring a lasting spiritual peace to one's being.
